Returns current data allowance usage for a purchased eSIM identified by ICCID.
The API returns remaining data (MB), total allowance (MB), plan status (active, inactive, or expired), and expired_at.
The ICCID must belong to an order tied to your partner API key (same customer as other /profile endpoints).
